Sippican Tennis Club is currently looking to hire seasonal operational staff.

This role is a highly physical job that requires sweeping and helping maintain clay courts, managing court reservations, processing retail sales, setting up for and cleaning up from events, helping maintain a clean clubhouse, contributing to grounds-keeping (pulling weeds on and off court), and taking initiative to stay ahead of member needs through a very active summer season.

Preference will be given to those 18 and older showing a strong work initiative as well as a strong commitment to the club. This is a season-long commitment and, as such, hired staff are expected to be available for the full summer season. (Time off from work could be a hardship to the tennis club, so any time off must be pre-approved well in advance, and extended time off is unlikely to be considered.)
